I'm having more problems. I have an HP2710 wireless PSC all in one. It's hooked up to our HP Notebook and now I wanted to hook it up to our new desktop.
The new desktop is directly connected to the router by ethernet cable. I downloaded the HP Printer software and everything works fine until I restart. Then it won't print, scan, etc. I was on the phone for a couple of hours today with HP tech and he's calling back tonight but I'm not sure we'll get anywhere.
Anyone have any idea as to why this would happen. I disabled Norton Anti-virus and Firewall when I was installing the software.... I have a feeling the firewall may be causing problems again but am not sure what to do about it.
Any help would be soooo appreciated.
