RAM upgrade - which option is best?

Going to 8gb RAM to meet my multi-tasking, Adobe Creative Suite 5 needs.

Which of these is best?

My M15x: i7 720QM - GeForce 240M - 300gb HD

Look for 204 pin, 1333 RAM.

Yup definately 1333MHz. I got mine from crucial and am really happy with it.

Check the latency (CL). Latency determine the time wasted everytime you access the ram.



1333 MHz CL9 have almost the same speed as 1066 CL7 because what you gain in speed (1333 vs 1066) is lost with the access time (CL 9 vs CL 7).



The best option is 1333MHz CL7, which are not the common ram you may find.

All the others are rams for pc's which have 240 pins instead of 204 pins.



Unless your m15x has been build as a desktop pc but I doupt that.
