.dll missing from MS Works 3.0

I need wkslang.dll This computer is running Windows 3.1 Owner does not want to change {upgrade} program. Has none of original disks. Any ideas where I can find this .dll or a copy of MS Works 3.0?

It's a simple issue. The owner doesn't own any of the software. They can complain all they wish but they don't have the disks.

Walk away from the pirate while you can. Think hard about this. Will you help someone break into a car? Yes, they will tell you it belongs to them.

I purchased Ms Works 3.0 in 1994, along with my 486 with 8 MB ram, with Windows 3.1

I had problems with mising Dlls some months ago after upgrading to win95 on a 166MHz 64 MB comp useing the same harddisk.

so I tried to installed Works properly but..

After all this time the floppy disks are damaged or something. Disks 2, 3 and 4 wont read.

Is there any place I can get/download Works 3.0 from?

It is such an old program and operating system, finding a replacement may be difficult.

the old fashion way. That program is so old, E-bay or some other online seller is your best bet. You can try a local computer store and see if they can locate a copy. You can also try doing a Google search for the particular .dll or .dlls in general. Maybe you will get lucky.

Thanks for the likns and advice but I have decided to instead run Works 7.0 on the system instead.

....Darn thing runs sluggishly and I had to upgrade to Win98
