IE9 low html5 test score and cannot run Fish Tank test

I have installed the RC of IE9 and since one of the things they mention is the hardware acceleration I went to their IE test drive site http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/Default.html and several of the tests do not even run (Fish tank is one). Fish Tank runs on Chrome which I have installed on the same laptop.
Also, when I go to the http://html5test.com/index.html to test the browser I get a score of 62, when the site itself says that IE9 RC gets a score of 130. Is something wrong with my setup? Anyone have an explanation? I even uninstalled IE 8 and reinstalled IE9 when I saw the problem. System Info below. Thanks.

fails on my IE8 as well.

I didn't do the HTML5 test for IE9 as I haven't installed it yet, but for IE8 I got a score of 32. I got a better score with Firefox 3.6, scored 155, so a score of 130 seems reasonable for IE9.

Why are you still using IE9 RC when the full version is now available?

Sorry. I did mean the final version. Just installed it yesterday.
