GPU clocks stuck; possibly related to trojan virus.

Hey, I recently did a scan with superantispyware and it found a trojan.agent/gen-frauder in LAUNCH_CC.exe which I think has something to do with Alienware. I removed it and ever since then the clocks on my GTX 260m have been stuck on 383/300/766 as opposed to their max of 550/950/1350. This hasn't been a problem for normal computer use but it sucks when trying to play games. Can anyone help me out?
