How do I unblock a website?

I have Windows 7, Kaspersan Anti Virus (that has been checked), Internet Explorer, att for browser.

I joined Weight Watchers and wanted to do the etools on line, but I finally can got on the site: www.weightwatchers.com, but when I try to log in the screen goes crazy, blinking on and off and then I just try to close it.

I don't have trouble with any other websites.

Any ideas????

Why do you think it's blocked? It seems a quite normal page, albeit https. Do other https-pages work (like you electronic banking) work?

I'd try a different browser first. Firefox and Chrome are free to download.

It's all fixed. It was a problem on their end.
